How to: gua sha and face roles
I am proud to finally offer the most beautiful Gua Shas and Face Rollers produced ethically sound, and in the finest, hand-cut quality.
The old Chinese treatment method is really won the Danes' hearts - and for good reason. It is a great way to create flow in the body, and through the massage stimulate the connective tissue so that the body easier separates waste.
Gua Sha is intended for the body, while a face roles are, yes, to the face.
In common, they are that they provide increased blood supply to the areas where it is used, which may contribute to the connective tissue becoming tighter and less elastic, and reducing muscle tension, so that it can align orange skin and lines and wrinkles.
It is important that you use your Face Roller or Gua Sha regularly (about every other day) If you want to see results.
How do I use my gua Sha?
You can both use your Gua Sha with or without oil, outside or in the bath.
I prefer to lubricate the body into oil first, and massage with Gua Sha subsequently.
I use it on the whole body because I have psoriasis and want a really good bloodstream throughout the body. You can also use it locally and only use it on the thigh, stomach or upper arm. Have it possibly. Lying on your bedside table or in the living room so you can use it on the legs or stomach before bed or while watching TV.
When you massage, scrape it to the skin, back and forth, and do this repeatedly.
Especially after the first treatments you can experience bruises, dots or straightforward black skin - it is QUITE Usually, it just means that it works and that the body has gone to work with separating all your waste.
If you respond, wait a few days with the next treatment until it has gone a bit in itself again.
How do I use my Face Roller?
A facial roles are used to massage the face and thereby increase blood circulation. This is in order to create a more lessened and smooth skin.
You can both buy with an end with texture and smooth end. The end of texture stimulates the skin even more and gives extra glow.
Opposite Gua Sha where you just massage back and forth, and perhaps in circular movements, but where there are no special rules for where to start and finish, it is a good idea to follow this guide as you also find inside each Face roles here on the shop:
1. Make sure your Face roles are completely clean and cleaned before applying the skin. Lubricate the skin into natural oil
2. Start by rolling it back and forth just below the collarbone, first at one requirement bone and then another with the smooth end. Do it ca 5 times back and forth
3. Do you have a Face roles with texturing, then use it now the places where you think your skin needs extra glow (eg. In the forehead, on sessions, on old acnear, on incipient lines). Move it along and so across, not in circles. Do it until it dots in the area or blushes (about 10 times) - Be aware not to overstab the skin, and not to use it on damaged area like pimples, tears, etc.
4. Turn the roller and roll the smooth crystal and drive now in paths where you start at the third eye and out to the temptation. Do it throughout the forehead and between the brows
5. Now drive all the way along the neck and down to the lymphatic point where you started, 3-5 times
6. Run from the nose, under the eye and out to the ear, 5-10 times, and roof all the way down the cheek
7. Run again along your neck and down to the lymphatic point where you started
8. Run from the chin and out along the cheeks and exit again with running it along the neck and down to the lymphatic point
9. Now take the other side of the face, in the same order and where you drive from neck to the lymphatic point between the points

NOTE. Be careful with your gua Sha and facerols. They are made of crystal and can break if you lose it!
