Orders
If, contrary to expectations, there is damage or an error in your order, please send us an email to support@soulful.dk with pictures of the contents and your order number. We will then find a solution.
If you have any requests for shapes, colors or similar for your order, you are very welcome to write it as a note to your order or to us by email: support@soulful.dk
Once you have purchased one of our exciting online courses, go to the course portal on our website, or click on the link you will find here, and follow the guide below:
- Log in or create a user with the same email address you used to purchase the course.
- Once you have created a user account you will receive an email. Follow the instructions in the email to activate your account.
- Once you have activated your account, you can access the course by clicking on "Course Portal", where you will find all your purchased material.
If you experience unexpected problems, please contact us at support@soulful.dk.
Shipping & Delivery
When paying for your purchase, you can select 'pick up in showroom' under 'delivery'. You will be notified by email as soon as your order is ready for collection, after which it can be picked up every weekday between 9 am and 2 pm, at the address Sædding Ringvej 2, 6710 Esbjerg V.
We typically have your order ready for pickup within 2 hours during our opening hours.
We send all packages in Denmark with GLS and DARO.
GLS Delivery to parcel shop: 39 kr.
GLS Delivery with distribution: 59 kr.
DAO Delivery to parcel shop: 35 kr.
GLS Delivery with distribution: 39 kr.
For purchases over DKK 799, shipping to parcel shops is free.
If the package is to be sent abroad, you can find a guide price at checkout. If the package weighs more than 1 kg. we will contact you regarding the shipping price.
If a package is not picked up at the parcel shop or cannot be delivered due to incorrect information from the customer, we reserve the right to charge a fee of DKK 50 to cover the additional return shipping costs that Soulful has in this connection. This also applies if you have not received notification. It is your own responsibility to keep an eye on the tracking number and to collect the order in a timely manner.
If you wish to have the package resent, this costs DKK 39 for parcel shops / DKK 59 for delivery to private individuals and DKK 50 to cover the additional shipping cost.
We always ship your package within 1-4 working days, but during busy periods such as Christmas, the delivery time may be extended up to 5 working days.
However, our typical delivery time is 1-2 business days, which we are super proud of!
If you have been out buying a gift at the last minute, you are very welcome to contact us by email and we will get your order shipped quickly.
No, we always check if you have placed multiple orders so that we can send them together. We will of course refund any additional shipping costs you may have paid.
We do, during payment you can see a guide price of what it will cost to have your order shipped abroad.
Note: If the package weighs over 1 kg, we will contact you by email regarding the shipping price.
We pack all our orders with love and good energy.
When we send your package, we wrap it in FSC certified paper, or recycle the paper or plastic that we received the crystals in. We can also recycle a box that has been used a few times and may not be pleasing to the eye. Fortunately, it is the contents that count.
We are very concerned that every little consideration counts - for the sake of all of us and the climate.
Return
If you regret your purchase, you can return your order to us along with the order number. Remember to pack the goods carefully so that they are intact when they arrive. We do not accept returned goods that are damaged.

Please note that DAO does not deliver to business addresses, but instead redirects packages to parcel shops. It is your responsibility to ensure that the package is delivered correctly, as we do not collect packages from parcel shops.
Once we have received your return order, there will be up to 7 days processing time.
Gifts
If your order included a free gift as part of a promotion, purchase over a certain amount, or similar, the gift must be returned with your order if you wish to exercise your right of return. If the gift is not returned, we reserve the right to withhold 50% of the order value upon refund.
For packages that are not picked up at the parcel shop or cannot be delivered due to incorrect delivery information from the customer, we reserve the right to charge 50 DKK to cover the additional return shipping cost that Soulful pays for this.
If you want the package to be resent, this costs DKK 39 for a parcel shop or DKK 59 for delivery to a private individual, plus DKK 50 to cover the additional shipping cost.
Please note: It is your responsibility to keep an eye on your tracking number and ensure that you pick up your package on time. If, contrary to expectations, you have not heard from GLS within 2 days after your package has been shipped, you are always welcome to contact us at support@soulful.dk, and we will help you find out how far your package is.
Other questions
To ensure that we can give you the best experience, we have chosen to offer visits only by prior booking. This means that we can focus fully on you when you are here. We are very keen to show you our beautiful crystal universe, and we also know that it means a lot to be allowed to feel the crystals and energies in reality.
We have chosen to open the store 4 days a week for a limited period of time so that we can take good care of you and at the same time maintain the service and delivery times on the webshop that we are proud of.
Please note that we are not open on weekends or outside the times stated in our booking system.
If you are under 16 years of age , it is necessary to have an adult with you on your visit.
Payment on site
When you visit us and want to make a purchase, we calculate your total amount and send you a payment link via email. This means that you will receive a receipt immediately. Therefore, remember to have your phone with you so that you can easily pay if you find something you would like to take home. We do not accept cash.
If you are coming in more than one group , please write it in the comments field when you book so that we can be ready to welcome you.
