Maternity cover for customer service and employee manager

Soulful ApS is looking for a customer service and employee manager from June 1, 2026 to January 10, 2027 , as our colleague is on maternity leave. The position is 37 hours. You are expected to work from 8 am to 3 pm, Monday-Friday.

Who are we?

Soulful ApS is located in Esbjerg V, and is a small family-run webshop. We sell minerals, crystals and jewelry to the whole country, and pride ourselves on our high quality and good, personal service. Our team consists of 8-9 employees (depending on the season), and we have a close collaboration.

We are looking for:
We are looking for a mature, responsible customer service and employee manager who has experience working with people. Although we work in a close-knit team, it is important that you can work independently and keep a cool head during busy and pressured periods.

You don't need to know anything about crystals and minerals in advance, but we expect you to be curious and non-judgmental, and meet both colleagues and customers with openness.

You must be proactive and committed, and contribute to ensuring that we all have good communication and a good, safe working environment.

You must be stable and flexible, and be ready to step in where your help is needed. We are a small team, and you will therefore also have to pack orders when things are busy.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Customer service inquiries via email and social media
  • Contact for shipping agreements Product creation (knowledge of Shopify is a plus)
  • The big overview of the calendar
  • Morning brief for the team + distribution of work tasks
  • Personnel responsibility in case of illness, vacation, etc. in collaboration with management
