Clean and charge your crystals ✶

Crystals store energy, both positive and negative energy. Therefore, it is good to clean them from time to time - the frequency depends on how often you use them.

When you receive your new stones and crystals, give them a good start at home with you by cleaning them before taking them into use. There are many different methods to clean and let your crystals, but including I list my favorite methods. Common to them all is that your mind is the most important. You mustconsciously thinking"I clean you and I remove negative energies from you". The energies your thoughts send out will the crystals catch. Use your intuition to tell you when your stone is cleaned.

• Let the stone rest on or near a piece of selenite, like for a few days.
• Turn on a sage and let the smoke from Salvien clean the stone until you feel it's enough.
• If your stone can withstand water then you can let the stone clean under running water.
• Use the force of thought: Think that you clean the stone for all negative energy and that you transfer love, good energy and light to it.
• Let them lie in 30 minutes in the sun, or overnight to full moon.
