
Crystals for meditation
Crystals and meditation go hand in hand, and I have compiled a list of the best crystals for meditation here. When I meditate, I always use crystals as an anchor: They help me achieve and maintain a grounding connection; something that can otherwise be difficult in a busy everyday life.
The energy of the crystals helps open me to receive what I need in meditation, for clarity and insight, and to achieve more relaxation.

The energy of crystals can help you go deeper into your meditative state. They help you stay focused and surrender to calm. It can be easier to meditate and connect to the earth if you have something heavy in your hands, in your lap or on your body. Some people feel the vibration of the crystals in their hands and out into their body, others experience a deeper relaxation when they have crystals in their hands. There are also people who say that the crystals connect them to their soul and the divine.
There are many different shapes and sizes of crystals, but I recommend a polished hand-sized crystal such as palmstones or spheres as the energy will be distributed evenly and you will get a good weight that creates grounding. However, you can certainly use other shapes and sizes if you are called to do so.
The best crystals for meditation:
Angelite: Angelite is known for allowing you to be vulnerable, open, and receptive to the Universe's messages to you. It is calming and a great support.
Rock Crystal: Hold a Rock Crystal in your hand during meditation and achieve a deeper meditative state. You can advantageously hold a Rock Crystal pointed in each hand, with the right hand with the point facing in towards the body, and the left hand with the point facing out. This creates a cleansing and uplifting flow in the body.
Celestite: Celestite has a high spiritual vibration and is known to bring you into contact with the spiritual world. It accelerates your spiritual and spiritual development. Celestite creates inner balance and clarity. Celestite gives strength, while also providing a peaceful feeling of calm and well-being in the inner world. It also raises the vibration in a room, which is why it can also be placed in a room during meditation.
Chrysoprase: Chrysoprase releases tension that comes from unresolved conflicts, and it allows you to see the situation from all perspectives to create deeper understanding and forgiveness. It is especially good to use during meditation to gain revelations and release old beliefs.

If you work with mindfulness, yoga, meditation or conscious presence, Howlite is the perfect crystal. It helps you become more aware, to get away from the hustle and bustle of thoughts and go deeper into your meditative state.
Kyanite: Hold Kyanite in your hands during meditation to go deeper into the meditative state, or wear it on you to remove inner unrest or stress. It cleanses and balances all your chakras in the body and ensures to create an inner stability.
Labradorite: Labradorite is particularly good for strengthening your spiritual understanding and intuition. If you work with angels or contact the deceased, it will help you create a faster and deeper connection. Labradorite raises your consciousness, while maintaining your grounding connection. Use Labradorite during meditation to gain greater insight and peace and to heal menstrual pain.
Selenite: Selenite has a high vibrational frequency, which makes it a very effective healing crystal. It is especially good to use during meditation. Selenite brings light and peace, and it helps you gain overview and clarity of your life. It makes it easier for you to attract exactly the energies you want. It is a particularly good support during anxiety, stress, depression and depression.
