Apophyllite's structure consists of many different layers, which gives the crystal a very unique shape. In fact, the name Apophyllite means "it flakes off" in Greek, because when heated, Apophyllite will separate into flakes.

The feminine and masculine energies meet in this crystal, and they help create divine light and healing.

Apophyllite is known to bring high spiritual vibrations into your mind and to calm emotions such as anxiety and fear. It is especially good to have by your side if you are struggling with thoughts and worries.

It lifts you up and gives you a sense of belonging. It cleanses your aura and sends light into the body, mind and soul.

Apophyllite amplifies energies and brings love to the heart, while strengthening our intuition and making us reflect on our own actions.

Apophyllite is especially good if you are working with negative experiences from the past that have become stuck and manifest as tension.

Physically, Apophyllite is known to be a particularly good support if you have asthma or allergies.

If you need to cleanse your Apophyllite, you can use incense or place it near/on Selenite . Unfortunately, it cannot tolerate water.
