Cultivate gratitude and become happier ✶
A gratitude practice is based on seeing the beauty and magnificence in the present. It is an appreciation practice and a method of learning to see and appreciate what you already have, rather than focusing only on the future and your desires.
The theory behind gratitude as a spiritual tool is that when you are grateful for what you have, life will give you more of the good things - you will open up to everything you dream of.
Did you know that gratitude is one of the highest vibrations we humans can achieve?
According to a study of the crystallization of water molecules when exposed to human consciousness, conducted by the Japanese Masaru Emoto, a clear effect of gratitude could be seen.
Keeping a gratitude journal has shown the following benefits :
- A stronger immune system
 - Better, deeper and longer sleep
 - A feeling of self-confidence
 - A sense of togetherness
 - Peace of mind
 - Lower blood pressure
 - A happier and more optimistic mind
 - Less bothered by pain
 - Healthier relationships

Being grateful for what you already have is one of the simplest practices to implement into your everyday life. That's why we've made room for you to write down your daily gratitude every day of the year - and at the end of each month you can see a comprehensive list of everything you've been grateful for that month, so you can see how much good you have in your life.
More ways to implement gratitude into your everyday life:
- Practice meditation or sound journeys
 - Get out into nature - listen, feel and be
 - Make it a habit to tell those you work with at least one thing you appreciate about them.
 - Say thank you for food, and practice being conscious when you do it and saying it from the heart.
 - Help others, both when they reach out and when you just have a little extra money.

What goes around, comes around.
