The best crystals for the bedroom
Bedrooms are one of the most intimate and personal spaces in our homes. This is where we recharge our energy, rest our mind and body, and where we dream our deepest dreams. When choosing crystals for the bedroom, it is important to find ones that add gentle and gentle energy to our peaceful oasis.
This is the room where I will recommend the most crystals, but I would actually advise you to take it easy and let it be the room where you proceed most gently and notice inside yourself what feels nice and good. If you have a very sensitive nervous system, you can quickly be very affected by the many energies, so it is better to take one crystal at a time than to be overstimulated.

Amethyst isn't known as a good sleep crystal for nothing - it's truly one of the crystals that helps you most into a calming dream world. It captures bad dreams, and supports you if you suffer from nightmares. It's also known to help you into a deeper sleep, so you'll wake up more well-rested.
Lepidolite is a very calming crystal, and is especially good to use if you tend to have thoughts or body restlessness. It emits energies that provide a sense of security and safety, so you can more easily drift off to deep sleep.
Selenite cleanses the negative and thoughts that do not benefit us during the night, so that we can feel reborn and full of vigor in the morning. Selenite also does an energetic cleansing of the room, and therefore gives you some really good, uplifting energies.
Rose quartz brings feelings of peace and unconditional love because it works to open your heart. I always carry a raw rose quartz with me when I sleep elsewhere because it creates calm in the entire system, promotes love for oneself and others. It acts as a really nice reminder to always go to bed with a loving thought and a grateful heart.
Blue Calcite brings calm and a very relaxed energy. It helps you relax your nervous system, and is especially good if you tend to have stress or anxiety that tends to take hold physically in the body.
Howlite creates a very light and clean energy in the bedroom, allowing you to more easily put your thoughts aside and go to bed with a calm mind, drifting off to sleep. It is also known to reduce unrest throughout your entire energetic system.
Blonde Agate is really useful if you tend to be very focused and have difficulty putting down the day's tasks - if you are busy for a period of time, it is really good at reminding you to breathe a little extra deeply and allow yourself to calm down.
The Himalayan Salt Lamp is probably one of the last things I would want to get rid of in my bedroom – it is worth its weight in gold for my physical well-being. The salt purifies the air by attracting water molecules in the air and absorbing them. When the lamp is heated by the bulb, the water evaporates, while the impurities in the air settle in the salt. The tiny impurities are thus removed from the air and the quality of the air you breathe when you sleep is significantly improved. In addition, the red light also contributes to better sleep because the light calms your system.
